Overview
Honeywell NBP Series Low Pressure Sensors
The NBP series has been designed as a basic board mount, uncompensated/unamplified low pressure sensor. They are ideally suited for customers who require a simple, cost-effective, basic performance, mV output, infinite resolution switch for use in medical and industrial applications. They have a wide operating temperature range of -40 to +125 °C. They measure absolute or gage pressures. The absolute versions have an internal vacuum reference and an output value proportional to absolute pressure. Gage versions are referenced to atmospheric pressure and provide an output proportional to pressure variations from atmosphere. They are designed for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gasses, such as air or other dry gasses and can also be used for non-corrosive, non-ionic liquids. Potential Applications Medical: Hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, wound therapy, blood pressure monitoring. Industrial: HVAC transmitters, air movement control, environmental control, leak detection, industrial controls, pneumatic controls, other commercial applications.
