strong>HARTING Han-Modular Family - Han-Hv E Series of Industrial Connectors:

A comprehensive offering insert modules from the Han HV E/ES range in polycarbonate, to be used in conjunction with associated hoods/housings and can also be used with Han B variants. Han Hv E and Han Hv ES series connectors are designed for industrial applications up to 830 V. Terminations offered are either crimp or screw types for Han Hv E® versions, or cage-clamp terminals in the Han® Hv ES inserts. All inserts have a PE contact and also 2 additional last mate first break relay contacts.

The current carrying capacity of the connectors is limited by the thermal load capability of the contact element material including the connections and the insulating parts. The de-rating curve is therefore valid for currents which flow constantly (non-intermittent) through each contact element of the connector evenly, without exceeding the allowed maximum temperature. Measuring and testing techniques according to DIN EN 60 512-5.
