Overview
Type 2: High Current Chokes — Inductance measured at 1 Volt 60 Hz. Inductance Tolerance: Minus 15% to plus 50%. The "High Current Chokes" are normally used in low voltage, high current DC power supply filter applications, where low voltage drop across the filter and good voltage regulation is required, without any type of voltage regulator.
