Pros: This is the best banana plug that I have had the experience of using. The collar assures a firm grasp of the plug, and a the wire connection is shrouded to prevent shock in case of contact with high voltages. Best of all, it is stackable so that several plugs can be plugged into each other- this is especially useful for power supplies where many pieces of hardware may be plugged into the V out terminals.
Cons: The screw is not captive and on occasion it has fallen out. The connector is unusable until a replacement screw can be obtained.
