These instruments can make differential measurements with their standard P2220 probes up to 30 V _RMS . When coupled with P5120 probe (included in the power bundle) the TPS2000 is ideal for industrial power designers and installation and maintenance engineers who regularly confront high voltages up to 600 V _RMS CAT II or 300 V _RMS CAT III floating.
