Overview

423 DC Flasher and 4210 AC Flasher. Solid state devices intended for use in electrical and electronic equipment for lamp, relay and solenoid circuits and in electronic systems as power pulsers or system clock-drivers. Output switch is ON for as long as it is OFF. (Output is fixed at 50% duty cycle). Both the 423 and the 4210 flashers have internal transient protection to insure reliable operation. 4210 UL/cUL approved.
