Allied transformers are specially built to Allied Electronics' high standard for quality, stability and long-term performance. Laminated cores are silicon iron electrical grade steel. Insulation is non-corrosive Class A. Temperature rating of 105°C continuous operation. Superior permeability at high inductances, with low coil loss. Coils of high quality film insulated copper magnet wire. PVC leads are fast stripping and provide protection from oil, ozone and abrasion. Semi-gloss enamel finished cold rolled steel covers provide good appearance and protection to coils on some models.
