Pros: It is easy to install because: You have 3 choices of screw size. Input and output connector make it easy to connect. You can install it flat or sideways.
Cons: The price is right...you dont have to use all four outputs to justify it.
Other thoughts: I suggest gluing together all big components to prevent defect by vibrations.
