FTAs are the next generation of passive, discrete wiring. These UL508 recognized FTAs are ideal for applications that require fast, fault-free field device connection to process or motion controllers. The patented module design integrates a channel that utilizes the full range of ZB holders, resulting in flexible module marking options. To simplify wire termination, field I/O marking is easily accessible on the screw connection surface. The module features a metal mounting foot that moves along the length of the product for easy mounting and disconnecting. This D-Sub FTAS allows signal lines with D-subminiature or sockets strips to be connected to screw terminal blocks in accordance with IEC 807-2/DIN 41 652. Conductor sizes of up to 2.5 mm² can be accommodated and both male and female variants are available. These FTAS' are UL 508 recognized.
