Overview

Phoenix Contact Subcon Series – D-Sub Connectors

Phoenix Contact Subcon Series connectors provide a means to make D-Sub cable assemblies without the hassle of soldering or crimping. The SUBCON product provides connection from the pins of a D-SUB connector to individual screw actuated terminal blocks all in a D-SUB clamshell housing. This means that the only tool required to configure a cable is a screwdriver. Thanks to the universal plugs from the SUBCON range, you are not tied to one system. You even get a user-friendly connection for protocols developed in-house without the need for soldering and crimping.

Phoenix Contact offers versions with 9, 15 or 25 contacts for all commonly used interfaces, such as RS-232/RS-422/RS-485, TTY and many more.

Features:
  • Metallized Housing
  • Integral Jack Screws
  • Integral Strain Relief
  • D-SUB to MKDSC 1.5 Terminal Blocks
  • 9/25 Pin Male or Female Versions
  • Max. Cable Diameter: 10 mm; AWG 26-14
