Hellermann Tyton’s newest addition to its Solar E Clips line for managing wire and cable on solar panel frames and modules is the MSC2 Metal Solar Clip. Developed for applications where plastic fasteners are not the preferred method, this Solar E Clip is constructed of corrosion–resistant 304 stainless steel. The MSC2 clip features smooth, rounded edges that will not abrade wire or cable, allowing for an easy cable installation. Designed for effortless insertion, the MSC2 has a high extraction force that tolerates extreme environments and provides assurance that the cable is secure on the PV panel. The design of this clip allows it to handle either one or two cables. The MSC2 Metal Solar Clip is simple to install and can easily be removed with a flathead screwdriver.
