Overview
Alpha Wire’s new EcoWire Plus offers all of the environmental benefits and abrasion-resistance characteristics of standard EcoWire, plus the additional fluid resistance for demanding factory applications. EcoWire Plus derives its advantage from its unique insulation, a modified polyphenylene ether (mPPE) thermoplastic. mPPE-based insulation is non-halogenated and contains no heavy metal pigments, allowing it to help manufacturers meet Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) requirements.
